A capacity building workshop for Pension fund professionals.
Last week, ARM-Harith hosted the inaugural edition of The Infra Room, a capacity-building session created to bring together pension fund leaders and regulators, for an open and practical conversation about investing in infrastructure in Africa.
We were honoured to welcome Dr. Emomotimi Agama, ‘Timi Agama FCMA CGMA FCIS MCSI FCMR PhD Director General of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria (SEC), who attended with a delegation from the Commission and delivered the keynote address, setting the stage for meaningful discussions on the role of long-term domestic capital in financing infrastructure development. We were also pleased to welcome Anthonia Ifeanyi-Okoro (FICA PMI PMP) the Chief Executive Officer of Pension Fund Operators Association of Nigeria (PenOp) reflecting the collaborative approach at the heart of The Infra Room.
The session brought together representatives from leading pension fund administrators and other key stakeholders committed to strengthening Africa’s infrastructure investment ecosystem.
