An infrastructure investment professional with over 16 years of experience in structuring bankable infrastructure projects, project development and project management. She is highly skilled in the negotiation and administration of power purchase agreements.
Prior to joining ARM-Harith, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Genesis Energy Group where she drove the strategic expansion of its operations across Africa. She is also experienced in formulating and evaluating the impact of government policies in support of deregulation of energy markets to encourage greater private sector participation in emerging countries.
Adaobi holds both a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering and a M.SC in Electrical, Power Systems Analysis and Design from Michigan Technological University and has attended courses on Applied Business Dynamics: Systems Thinking, Developing and Testing Simulation Models for Scenario Analysis at Aarhus BSS and Utility Regulation and Strategy Training Course at PURC- UF Warrington
